I’m looking for another League game or 2.  These could be single games or 3-game series.

What I’m looking for is as follows:

'41 setup (although I’m open to playing the '42 setup)
+Technology (really not crazy about no-tech, although I’m open to a gentleman’s agreement of delayed tech usage or no techs allowed until turn x)
gentleman’s agreement of a unit bid (not just a bunch of cash to a single Ally) limited to Asian mainland only (although I’m okay with an unlimited placement bid also)

I live in China, so my time zone may be radically different from most of y’all, but if anyone is interested in either a game or a 3-game series, then PM me and post here.
