Well, this particular result is, in my opinion, a “knock on” or “domino” affect from Russia falling so early at the very least. At the end of the Russia video, I say that this power is not long for the world and has somewhere between 5-8 turns to affect the CP. For Russia to punch out on turn 4 is to also fall outside the purview of the videos and create rare opportunities/problems that are better left for the individual player to solve. My intent with the videos is to cover baseline or something close to baseline strategy.
Another example: There are probably knock on affects if a CP player decides to never build aircraft but the intent of the videos is to cover best practices and baseline strategies so I don’t examine that possibility.
