Since there is no way for the Germans to contest one of the three victory cities by the end of the round, this game is concluded (allies control all three victory cities for a complete round of play). GG my dude. I will post a couple pointers for future games…
the only hope for the Germans to avoid this fate was on your last turn to throw these two tanks at Caen - there was no other realistic way to be able to contest one by the end of this turn:

on turn two, the battle group east of Caen should have moved south for mutual support from Rouen battle group. mutually supporting positions is helpful as the germans especially
