prefer sending files back and forth. started thread if you want to do germany. really liberal with edits-moving pieces forgotten etc. like the idea of making decisions for your opponent such as scramble, submerge, intercept, casualties etc. to move game along. I hate sitting down to play and after a few minutes have to wait for scramble decision. you can just play in local mode if you like. Okay, lets finish the Europe version first, and perhaps in the meantime start with the Oztea 1939 edition. I have been reading the manual, ill get back with some questions/remarks later on.
