There are three German pieces in that space already. This means that the maximum number of pieces that can be moved in there on this turn is 5 (due to the 8 piece per territory unit limit).
Further, again, you cannot make moves and then, based off the strafe results, make additional moves after the fact.
All movement is completed simultaneously. Only after all movement has been completed do the strafes get rolled. My advice is to re-fire your turn. If you would like to move five units into A27, you must declare which pieces are moving in prior to rolling for strafes. If it gets too complicated in TripleA, just edit our the fighters, make all your moves, then roll for the strafes on the forum and remove the casualties before rolling for combat.
Anyway, that’s my two cents on how to keep things moving.
