USA tried to convoy troops from San Fran > Brit Columbia while tt’s stayed in sz153, but the game would not allow it, even though BC is adjacent. The game does allow the tt’s to unload in Vancouver Isle. I think I’ve seen this once before, years ago. It must be a bug in coding the map.Unless anyone can give a valid explanation for why convoying to Brit Colum is not allowed, I am going to edit the USA tt back to sz153 and transfer the troops to BC where they were originally intended.

I’m guessing that the individual map territories are manually coded as to which other territories they are adjacent to. As the spaces are uniquely shaped and not hexes or squares.
