Now works on tablets with an Android version (4.0.3 or higher) too.
Also includes a purchase unit calculator now, besides the land and naval battle calculators.
Oh, and the units have icons now :)

Is there a good PC Tracker for calculating IPCs /National Production each round by clicking on the map?
the one below, i cannot seem to install, as the application file asks me which program i want to use to open it?
