As long as there is no strategic or economic viable outcome I dont like to waste my airforce.Mostly it was there to force you to commit a substantial amount of offensive power to the attack - or fight if you would do a weak attack (which you wouldn’t do anyway).

My aim–not clearly or effectively expressed–was to say that your forgetting to protect the IC in Germany was a only a minor oversight with minor consequences (not to air my disappointment with Marti). Put differently, compared to my major oversights to protect two Ally fleets and their disastrous consequences, you should not feel badly.
