Yes, its a tricky assault for the French. If the AA hits, the tables are turned quickly! The AA are mostly cannon fodder after that, then the odds are pretty good for the French. But I most say I was surprised by the result aswell!

Yeah, well thats the fun of this game, each side has too make choices that will influence battles and strategies and eventually in the end the outcome of the game.
I am really thinking hard about what to do with UK, that is the bottleneck right now for me. It might take a while.

Hehe, I am crazy, but not that crazy. I knew it was a possiblity that this could happen (Italy taking Alexandria and landing Luftwaffe), but its been a long time since I played this game, so countering it might be a bit tricky for me.
