Thank you - very good game from you as well! Your Allies kept Japan down very well. Maybe the US did so a bit too well, allowing Germany to become a monster.
I cannot open the savegame you posted. In case you had the message that the Axis won, I believe this is a bug, as the Axis need to hold their victory cities for an entire round. But I saw that Germany can fortify France in a way that the Allies cannot capture any of Germany’s victory cities before Italy’s turn.
If I may give you an advice: I would pay more attention to bonus points - your own and also your opponents.
