    Why does the AA gun count as a land unit for the purposes of the Atlantic wall objective? I don’t think that is correct. It has been ruled out as a land unit for every other purpose (NCM to take a friendly neutral, etc) in every other rule?


  • @mainah Ultimately a question for the game’s designers, though I believe it counts for ability to land scramble to a territory as well.

    My 2 cents is that the Atlantic wall is inherently defensive in nature as are AA guns. But adam514 and regularkid would be the people to ask.

    The question is less about me being a stickler for rules myself, but more for understanding them so when I play against someone who is I am not blind sided. My understanding is P2V uses OOB rules unless otherwise stated.

    I am going to ask for a ruling. I hope your not offended, I truly enjoy playing you. I just want to know. If it is ruled against, I want you to keep the NO IPCs. Your play is excellent, and the minor adjustments needed you would have accounted for if you knew.

    TripleA also allows you to activate friendly neutrals with the AA gun - it was done to me once, I was like “cool, I will have to do that some time.” When I did, I was called out and it was ruled against me.

    It’s not your move - its that I want to know if I can do it with another opponent in another game.
