Do you like the tech innovation? We could continue or moderate. Moderate tech might be that every big nation MUST use 5 ipcs for tech. This helps the little nations early on. Axis or Allies? bid?

We can do what we think Russia needs most first then Germany then Japan and so on. its just an idea.
Also open to your ideas that you might have already thought of. -

@dawgoneit yes, those are the big ones no, they do not automatically get it. They just have to pay for the dice. Hasn’t you have to buy the dice and then you roll the dice and either succeeded or fail. It’s just an idea but I think it would work.
