I have recently had a new business open in my town that does custom printing. He is a very nice guy and can get maps printed on vinyl and many different materials. He can also do other things as well like cards and player aids. His prices seem pretty good too. theonedesigner.com
DIY g40 map
-
I have the 1942 revised edition. (the 1st one with Artillery)
I would like to try out a bigger map. (g40 :D ) but i am trying to do it on the cheep.The extra space makes the game more interesting, the extra nations are a lot less interesting to me.
Has anyone else done their own g40 map using pieces from an older game?
I am wondering about making a map out of A3 sheets glued to fabric?

I looked for a digital version of the map (not G40, but there should be a version available) and printed it on plastic tarpaulin for outdoor advertising. I didn’t do the printing myself, I ordered it online.

@conquisitore
I have looked at some banner or outside advertising options to have a map made.
I live in Canada, Ontario, and maybe things are just expensive here but I haven’t found anything under $70. And for $80 I could buy x’s and Allies G40 Europe. So it seems dumb to spend almost as much money on just the map. -
@Grinchveld Yes, that seems too expensive. I ordered three different maps, all sized 150 cm by 80 cm, and paid about 15€ for each of them. It’s not as big as G40, but big enough for 1942 2nd or Anniversary.

@conquisitore
That is the right kind of price!
I might try harder to find someone who can do that for me here
