Oof! I haven’t even looked at J yet - there are a lot more demands on my time than I am used to.
This is still a high priority in my life, but I have a close family member falling apart and I’m behind on my work schedule as I’m trying to finally get to the end of a big move to a better house.
We’ve been working on getting 3 adult’s stuff out of a home of 21 years, and has to be done by Monday 11/27, the closing date.
I have a new (and rather expensive) snooker table and have only played 3 games since it came in a couple weeks ago! So this is evidence that my fun has had to take a back seat lately. But you can’t keep the gamerman from playing games for very long…
And yet there’s still a chance that I sneak in the big US/UK move tonight, who knows!! Thank you

I imagine a snooker table is a great place to set up an axis and allies game :)
Game board’s in my office, the only things that go on the snooker table are 15 reds, a yellow, a green, a brown, a blue, a pink and a black, plus cue ball. ;) Occasionally I may let it be corrupted by the 2 1/4" 8 ball balls <gasp> but not anything else, no lol
And I had to settle for a 7 footer even though my room will easily fit 9 :( :( I’m in the middle of the USA and there is no such things as snooker. I got like the 2nd table to ever come through the billiards store in big town, Iowa, in 35 years. I have to keep telling myself that. Maybe I should have ordered in the parts and had the guy put it together, but I don’t like regrets, so I’ll just be thrilled with what I have and introduce it one person at a time to get a little culture into my fellow Americans
@gamerman01 My Dad bought a used one when I was a kid. Snooker as well, although I tended to play 8 ball. But I recall that some of my other games ended up on there too.
