@dawgoneit A friend and I used to roll a 1-10 Die each round to determine a piece we would get. that was pretty fun.

So history is the short answer. So what was going on in 1940? Turn 1 we gave G and J super subs. Russia and Brit received radar. US increased factory prod. Together, we will determine what Fall of 40 will look like? Perhaps we pause and don’t give any tech. Perhaps in 41 G and J lose super subs. Lets talk about it. I have a chart I will share from one of my youtube games. But TBD.
