If Moscow is contested at the time of the armistice (shared between Germany and Russia), does Germany always have to keep at least one infantry in that territory? Thank you!

@SuperbattleshipYamato Yes, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be Germany - any Central Powers infantry will do.
