@ArtofWar1947 My apologies for the edits in the post, I thought I could edit the hits live from that first save file but it didn’t work. So I edited damage and units out. I didn’t delete the US units until after the combat - reason is it wouldn’t let me move the air in because of the dead carriers. So I deleted those afterwards (accidentally deleted the Tac, it would have had 3 movement left not 4 from Carolines, I only moved it 3 to SZ 48).
Then I started making moves without turning edit mode off and it wasn’t properly recording the movement used.
I apologize for the headache here, thanks for bearing with me! Looks like you might keep the fleet alive after all.

Two things indicate it was a legal move:
- The program allowed it (iffy of course).
- The rule on Phase 4 (NCM) do not disallow moving through a friendly neutral.
This might be a good questions for a moderator. (I don’t know what authority Krieghund has.)

@ArtofWar1947 I imagine at least for Triple A it is a coding issue. It does mention it in the game notes for Global.
Rules specific to 1940 the engine does not do, but you must follow:
- (PE) You are not allowed to blitz or move any units through Friendly Neutrals, including the same turn they are captured, unless they have been previously attacked.
