Is the overall TUV although different ? -
German overall TUV is higher by 22 PU. I found out that 4 PU are because bombers cost 14 and Germany has two of them. 18 PU remain. I thought of 3subs or 6 inf but number of units is correct…

We can ask gamerman for help@gamerman01 can you find why German TUV differs by 22 PU from first (OOB) to second (BM) file? I had set up the game with wrong map and wanted to transfer it to the right one. 4 of the 22 PU are caused by different cost of strategic bombers, but what about the other 18?

I track TUV once per round, and if every bomber is counted as 12 instead of 14, I’m a little off. Was just kidding, because the effect is negligible
