Oh, wow! You just got better! It’s a balanced mod rule, to make the Japan-Russia relations more fun.

If Russia declares war on Japan, Russia will never get the bonuses. But if Japan declares war on Russia, Russia gets 4 NO bonus for the 3 lend-lease routes instead of just 2. This is what I triggered on J1 in attacking your 6 infantry at the border

So Russia can get 12 IPC’s per turn if Japan declared war on them, and Russia manages to keep all 3 routes open. You nearly accomplished that for 1 turn

Even not knowing that rule, you built an Allied fleet presence in the Persian Gulf and off Norway and prevented Axis subs from destroying the 4 IPC NO’s. When you thought they were only 2?
