I don’t know that too many powers in WW2 were after gold mines Razor….

The IPC stands for Industrial Production Certificate.  So I think industrial production is probably more important than gold.

In 1940 the BC population was over 800 000, which was more than ten times Alaska’s population in 1940 and Alaska is worth 2 IPCs…
