    Keeping three fighters and producing in India will maximize your defense against these nasty Japanese aggressors from French Indo China.

    But you will not be able to conquer back China for the US, in case Russia doesn’t do so.

    I think I would keep the three fighters, as there is not much too conquer, next round, for which you would need land forces.
