But since the Revolution armistice was never offered, if the UK aren’t careful, they can liberate the Russians only to have the Russians offer an armistice on their turn and kick the british out of all the (now) Russian territories they’re in.
I have done both as the British. I’ve not captured it and simply kept the money coming in for UK and I’ve also liberated the Russian capital.
