Has anyone got a link to a copy of the rules in .pdf or some other web form?

I’d like to read the rules and get familiar with them as I did with AA50 before it came out.

even AA42 rules still haven’t been released on the web.  Krieg says when he finishes a FAQ for AAP40 he hopes WOTC will publish it along with the rules from both AAP40 and AA42.
