Btw the first time an aligned neutral is activated it goes to the aligned power i.e. Albania goes to Italy. However, if it is taken over and then liberated then it goes to the power that liberated it. So in this case it should’ve gone to the US.
I edited the territory owner and gave the US 2 additional IPC.

Ah, thanks, I wasn’t aware of that rule. I thought the aligned neutral is then treated as an original territory for that power for the rest of the game. That also means that Belgium should be controlled by Britain, not by France. I’ll correct that before the following turn.

Just to make sure: if I take over Moscow as the British, Russia doesn’t come back to the game right? The territory will be British controlled?

Oh, that suprises me. I was looking for it in the rules and the Q&A document, but couldn’t find it, so I assumed that Russia would be eliminated from the game. Is it in the Q&A thread on A&A forum?
It’s a bit weird though, that Russia can join the war again after the revolution has occurred. Well, I guess it’s just a game :) -

The Russian Revolution never happened. I took Moscow on G3 before the RR even became an option since it is not on the board until turn 4.

Ah of course. That’s very obvious actually, I forgot the RR didn’t happen at all lol. And if it did happen, Moscow would be impassable for the Entente units. Thanks for clarifying it for me.
