Just realized Gamer bought 3 Carriers with the US in the first 2 turns. Feels like a novelty as Gamer taught me to not overbuy carriers as they cannot fight and to leverage islands as carriers as good as possible^^

Hi, JDOW, what a welcome surprise!
Something happened with version 2.5.222594, to some of us, and the summary doesn’t work. 2.6 whatever (there are various) that aren’t official yet, it does. And they made some nice little improvements like it actually keeps track of which ground are amphibious or not, but the battle calculator doesn’t pull in the units it’s supposed to (for me at least).
So… Me1945 and I discussed it and went with the .5

A guy can adjust his strategy a little over the years, right?(You are most welcome to comment as long as it doesn’t interfere with Me1945’s zen, don’t get me wrong)
<cough> I bought only 2 in the Pacific theater, though. The carrier buy US1 in the Atlantic is especially when I scramble G1 because Carrier can go out to sea with 2 planes US2 and that is the only way you can get fighters to London or Scotland US3 (crazy JDOW1’s excepted). I don’t know if anyone else ever takes advantage of the little 102 while USA is neutral rule :sunglasses: - I take some pride in that one.
I also like to think no one goes as light in the Pacific with carriers as I do but of course I can’t know that for sure either. :thinking_face:
