In case Simon doesn’t finish 3 OOB in 2023 (because if he does, this doesn’t matter)
I’m gonna make a judgment call and start him off tier 2 instead of 3. I know you’re a steady 1 for the past few years, but no recent experience (at least in league) with OOB, so going with 2.
