Edited Arabia to UK as it is an aligned neutral (also lowered Italy’s IPC by one to adjust for it) good to go in this file: AH3 Arabia edit.tsvg
Wait, so if a minor aligned power is captured by a power allied to the one it was originally aligned with, it reverts back to that power’s control.
To be clear, if Belgium is captured by the UK it goes back to France?
Also, to clarify there is no inbuilt mechanic for the Russian Revolution, right? It’s player enforced?

Correct on all. To your first point, that’s why they’re the color of that power. From page 11 of the rulebook, “In addition to their own national emblem, aligned minor powers also have a smaller national emblem indicating which major power they’re aligned with and are the same color as the territories of that power. Bulgaria and Romania are examples of minor aligned powers.”

forgot to convert the Karelian mines to German. Fixed in this one: G3 mines edit.tsvg
Oh crap, I got things wrong then. I thought the colorus only determined which power could take control of it initially and that it wouldn’t matter throughout the game.
Kinda odd though that the colonies of minor aligned powers don’t work the same way though.

Okay, now I’m confused. What is an example of a “colony of a minor aligned power that doesn’t work the same way”?
Apparently if Britain say, captures/liberates Belgian Congo from Germany they take control of it.

Wow. The online community has been playing that wrong for almost a year now. Yep. You’re right. Make the necessary edits for Italy in our game. Really hope they clean up the rulebook on the re-release. The current errata is something like 8-10 pages…
@superbattleshipyamato actually I can see you asked about Belgian Congo so let me ask just to be sure.
@superbattleshipyamato Belgian Congo is not an aligned neutral i.e. there are not two flags in that territory like a neutral aligned with a major power. Anybody can walk in and claim that one bc there are not two flags in there. It’s not an aligned neutral like Arabia.
Agreed. They’re slightly different. Anyone can walk in there.
Thanks for fixing it.
fixed in this file (you’re good to go for your French turn): G3 updated.tsvg
By the way, for some reason I couldn’t edit my posts.
I should’ve said “Thanks for clarifying”.
Also, you the German mines in Karelia were un-changed, so I fixed that as well.
@superbattleshipyamato yeah, the edit function is removed when on the Play Boardgames thread - kind of annoying
@superbattleshipyamato and yes, you always have to manually change the mines
Ah, so that’s why! I found it odd it was only for this category. Thanks for letting me know.
