@Running-Away Per page 22 of the rulebook, units of another power may be transported only if that power is friendly. Per page 12, the US is not considered to be either friend or enemy to any other power while it remains neutral. Therefore, the US cannot transport units belonging to any other power while it is neutral.
Can the US navy go anywhere?

Since the instructions don’t say they can’t, I assume the US can:
Go anywhere it wants.
Transport Allied troops anywhere as long as combat does not happen. Is this correct?
By the way, can the US travel through the Suez Canal if the Central Powers control while neutral?

Correct, for sea units only.

Incorrect. Since the US is neither friend nor enemy to any other power while neutral, no other power’s units are friendly, so it may not transport them.

No. Since you may only pass through the canal while Egypt is controlled by your side, and the US is not on anyone’s side, the US may not pass through it while neutral, regardless of who controls Egypt.

Thank you so much!
