@al3xanderthegr8 ihe only difference i see in bm 4 is the bombers are 14. well i think the bonuses are a little dirrerent also. PTV is a total different beast.

Sounds good. So its only one unit per territory, the territory must already have a unit in it. Where there any other rules?
