Help! Battlemap won't install

The installer downloads to my computer, then goes through the usual process (custom or not, language etc.). Then after I hit next to start the installation, I get a message “Can’t Install File”
Is the download corrupted? Or is something on my system blocking it?
All I got now is this “Install” readme….which actually details the how it was automatically installed after it told me “Can’t Install File”.
Help!
