Thank you! Something’s not right though. How do I open this file? I dragged it onto desktop and tried to open through “open saved games” and it wouldn’t let me.

Why is it when a territory when Normandy Bordeaux and Southern France is captured the minor industrial complex disappears? Is this a glitch? Thank you!

It’s not that they are destroyed or removed. They are not included in this setup.

How balanced is this?
Not sure. It’s not played a lot so it’s hard to say.
A few things, make sure you’re selecting play by email when doing your move. When attacking and there are options to scramble or intercept, save the game and post asking your opponent for their decision. There may also be times when you should ask for your opponents preferred order of loses (OOL). I really should have done this myself for the attack in sz 112. Wouldn’t worry about OOL too much for this game, more important for league games.
