@mike64 I had edited that tank out of Denmark on Japan’s turn, but it’s back in Denmark. When I do Germany I’m going to edit back to W Germany.

i resign. good learning experience. what were the battle odds on moscow? looked ridiculous. Learned a lot about sub warfare. took the IJN down like I intended. should have bought aa guns, but couldn’t get it through my head that industrial complexes weren’t shooting at them. Gave me a lot of material for my book. I will be mocking the effect of the bombers. Factories are actually a hinderance without an aa gun.
Don’t like Russia Restricted. I’d rather go with a bid.

overall the Russians shot -5 which is not great but not terrible given the quantity of dice that were rolled. The battle broke down like this:
there was a 69% chance that both German planes survive AA fire, which they did.
Round1:
German scores 19 hits (19 expected)
Russia scores 15 hits (16 expected)Round 2:
Germany scores 20 hits (17 expected)
Russia scores 7 hits (10 expected)Round 3
Germany scores 18 hits (16 expected)
Russia scores 2 hits (3 expected)So the outcome should have seen something like 5-8 more German infantry removed than actually were.

@crockett36 I’m not a fan of many house rules except for perhaps not invading neutrals in this version. Otherwise, I like the restricted attack optional rule and no industrial complexes. With all that said, I’m pretty much down for whatever. Just let me know!
