@surfer Yes :) Let’s see how you react.
Ok. Let’s try this. Scramble orders?
y, scramble
Is there an American sub remaining in sz91?
Don’t kill aaa in Burma first round of combat!
@pacifiersboard So yes or no on the scramble Gibraltar?
You hit with planes and I could not take the sub as a causality.
I will ask for OOL
Yes, scramble please

I think that you have to assign as many hits as possible and wasn’t there my dd present?
kill 8 inf.
I stil don’t understand how the American sub could retreat to sz91 where no ship came from.
@pacifiersboard The Sub was in southern France and if I don’t have a dest i cant take it as a causality.
@generaldisarray Rd OOl 1 hitbrit11-ool-burma rd 2.tsvg

( @gamerman01 )
isn’t it in such case about the enemy having a dd present?
Interesting -
Here’s what I see -
Sub started in 92, not South France.
The USA sub that survived round 1 did not roll in round 2. The German destroyer was still present, so submerge should not be allowed, and I don’t see anything in the history about a submerge. This might have something to do with why the engine let the sub stay in 91.
With the German destroyer there, the sub can’t submerge. It should have fired in round 2 but didn’t, that I could see. With the retreat, the bombers disengage and the sub would retreat to one of the sea zones that sea units passed through/came from.
Tell me what I missed, but looks like a Triple A glitch to me
Hope that helps you both. I think the sub needs to be rolled for round 2.
I don’t trust Triple A with sea battles because sometimes it doesn’t do subs and destroyers right, but this is a new one to me
thanks for your help!! your are cool :)
If we need your further advice with finding a solution, we will let you know
Thanks, but I’m not TOO cool because I almost missed this.
Look at the 1st round hits and casualties. It looks like a German sub hit, and then the rest of the Germans got 6 more hits. Only 6 hits were taken by the Americans according to the history. Maybe this is why the 2nd sub wasn’t rolled in the 2nd round. Triple A counted it as sunk so didn’t roll for it, but it remained there like a ghost and was there at the end of the battle. If this is the case, there should be no American sub at the end at all, and there should be no sub roll for the 2nd round (so scratch what I said before)
I’ll double check
Battle started with 17 vs. 18 HP
Americans score 6
Germans score 7
Triple A shows Americans losing 6 HP, 2nd sub was apparently sunk, making 7
It’s 10 v 12
Americans score 5
Germans score 8
It’s 2 v 7
2 US bombers, dBB, DD, 5 fighter German
USA sub was actually sunk.
No re-rolling, or any other fix needed. Edit the sub gone
Thanks, it was fun
@generaldisarray Can edit the sub away just caught this
