    No, the instructions on forum dice also confused me when I first tried. They couldn’t type the actual formula with brackets, or else it would do the calculation. Even thereafter, I would forget the exact format until I did it enough times to remember.
    The extra 7+/- income per turn will offset Russia’s tech gain.

  • Wow, Sweden is a tough neighborhood. Both neutral defenders hit. Then the Brits weakened me for the Ruskies to take their shot. Less than half of my 16-man army survived the first turn. Good thing I take HGs along with me. Finland bulked up quickly. May have to stay in Sweden for a massage from a blonde beauty and eat some Swedish meatballs.

  • Rules question: Several times I’ve playtested or in a game tried to blitz a mobile cav through 2 enemy territories and then return to the first territory that I moved thru; but the AI won’t let me. I can continue on to blitz thru a third enemy territory; or into a different territory that another of my cavs passed through. I just can’t retreat. What gives?
