That you are only play 5 games with more than 10R shows that you are one of the best players.
I would be more optimistic if i DONT LOOSE UK. But I learn, if no fighter in UK I have to block german transporter. Never had this scenario before.
And I have to say, I think about to resign but the game is very interesting, exspecialy The fight in Persia, Iraq and Egypt. I want to see how its end. Although never saw the russians can take Persia with so much units. And I think every round more is good for Allies.Did you play against Trulpen ? If you beat him under 10R is very very good.

It was years ago that I played Axis-Dominion, and I was probably at my peak and he was maybe a rising star at the time. Now I am rusty and trying to shake some rust off.
Making a tough move against Pejon - On R4 I attacked Ukraine with 3 infantry, fighter, tac against 2 infantry. I lost 3 infantry and he lost nothing and now he can build there. It was a disaster.
If I can get that done today, hoping to do the Italy move for you. You are right not to quit yet.

I need a break after a hard US-UK4 against pejon. Interestingly, my USA buy and placement for that round 4 was nearly identical to what you did here!

Scramble decision now would be nice, then I can finish Italy.If no moves until the 24th, that’s OK too. I don’t even worry too much about a result before the 31st, I think I am deciding to not participate in the playoffs. So no worries

Actually now I do want to join the playoffs. But it’s no worries because I could resign against Pejon.
If you resign I will have the #1 seed, but this is no pressure. I’ll be around #3 seed if I resign against Pejon and this is very good too.Just a reminder - waiting on scramble decision here - I know you are busy until at least 12/24

I will play playoffs too. I can play up to the end of February and cannot move up to mid of April ( can move 1 week in this time). Is this enough time foe playoffs ? If I have time to play I could do some moves a day. Maybe first game is finished up to the end of feb.

Technically the playoff games are supposed to be same speed as regular, but almost everyone is very patient with their opponents even during the regular season. We don’t want people to stay out of the playoffs because they’re not sure they can move fast enough. We still have a game or 2 unfinished from 2021 playoffs - not a big problem.

Our Midwest blizzard?? Here it didn’t hit bad. Just 4 days of 0 degrees F temperatures. We’ve had relatively mild winters in the last several years, but sometimes we get -20 F for days in January. We don’t even know how to deal with that anymore I don’t think.
We didn’t get much snow, I drove back slowly last night from the in-laws Christmas and most everyone was driving too fast. They buy a 4X4 and think that means they can go full speed in any weather.Supposed to be 40 F and above for the next 8 days or so at least, so that will spoil us. Rain on New Year’s Eve, that is pretty strange here.

Here’s my save file with pejon - my antics lost me Egypt early and that plus Ukraine will kill me. Ukraine was a small battle with absolutely massive repercussions.
