Yeah I was trying to at least bait in the Italian Navy (even if it is a bit late in the game). I’m almost wondering if some sort of minimal naval investment by the CP is necessary in order to stand a chance. In past runthroughs I’ve bid AH a Cruiser so they can fight the Italian navy AH1, but that was under the tournament rules so I’m not 100% sure.
