@zlefin it will likely be a day or two before I can get to my next turn
L22 Pejon_88 (X) vs. Gamerman01 (A+15), BM4, game #2
-
Wow, I do not remember the WUK and Ukraine placement of R3. Looks like it was smart, but I have to figure out again what I’m doing here. Should have left myself a note. Must have thought it would be self-explanatory!
Seems like I should have had AA in Ukraine… eh, I probably had it all figured out 2 weeks ago.
That’s a tough one, not knowing your non-com, but I decide to lose AAA, infantry, thanks
-
@gamerman01 Yeah makes sense you meant to have an AA in Ukraine and W Ukraine.

Based on your misses in Belarus, I thought it best to retreat.
-
@gamerman01 Hope everything is good?
-
Doing awesome, other than my critical Russian misses!
Work has been very rewarding and busy. After sitting up at a desk doing computer work all day, I don’t want to sit at a desk at my computer in the evening, many times. I did give elche an Italian move - wicked can opener on London setting up a high stakes and risky invasion. And he literally just posted something.
You’re high priority for today or this weekend! Hope you’re good too
-
Um, what I meant was you’re next, not elche. I think I just made that one move vs. him since ours.
-
@gamerman01 Sounds great! Glad to hear. I’ll be away until Sunday and will not post any move myself before then. Take care :)
-
Thanks, that’s good to know, I’m working on it right now.
I hope you do well also! -
That is a terrible time and place to suffer a 1% result. That combined with another loss (of infantry) in Leningrad and the G4 is crippling! And then there’s the healed battleship in 97. Uphill climb! :hushed:
-
-
@gamerman01 Oh wow! No hits of 9 dice rolled in Ukraine :O
-
@pejon_88 And I rolled 4/5 1’s :O
Sometimes you wonder if MARTI is rigged! -
I don’t mind too much - when I roll real dice (which is rare) they are super crazy too.
But I realized it’s worse than 1% -
There was 1% chance that the Germans would lose nothing through 2 rounds
AND
only a 2.36% chance the Russians would lose 3 or more units through 2 roundsVery bad time, very bad place. I can’t be upset at all when the dice handed me game 1 so fast
-
Having a good-natured, friendly opponent is far more important than getting the dice you want
-
@gamerman01 Oh wow!
-
@gamerman01 Haha, yeah there should be a 25-50-25% for good/average/bad dice right, while is should definitely be 100-0% for nice/bad opponents :D
-
@gamerman01 scramble SZ39?
-
No.
I’ll probably need them all to try and defend Russia -
@gamerman01 Makes sense. Also tried to make it into a bad scramble opportunity for you of that.
