Scenario B would be correct. The rules specifically say that while it is legal to onload troops onto friendly transports, they must onload on your turn, and may only be offloaded on your next turn. The U.K may not offload the troops for you or you may not hop scotch using a transport.

We are in the middle of an AA Global game. I am Axis. The Allies have 1 cru, 1 dest, 3 trans and 2 subs in SZ 91. If I attack SZ 91 with Bomber and 2 fighters, the subs cannot fire back. Will the trans be destroyed when the surface ships are destroyed??

@genken It depends on the exact outcome. If the attackers wipe out the surface warships and at least one attacker remains, the transports will also be destroyed. If the attackers and defenders destroy each other simultaneously, the transports will survive, as there will be no attackers left to eliminate them.
