Yes, you can load UK or French units onto US transports even though those US transports just unloaded that turn. -

Hoo boy, I have a problem because I thought a destroyer could get from Japan to New Guinea but it’s 4 spaces.
I am sorry for the time it will take you to look at the turn and figure out what I’m talking about.
I attacked the transport in the Philippines with a battleship (I actually moved 2 there because I was sure I was going there) and landed a marine on West Australia with a cruiser.
Now that I realize that my destroyer from Japan can’t protect the fleet at the Philippines (which strictly according to the rules would be 2 battleships and 2 transports) I’m asking for 2 minor changes, but if you denied them I would have a pretty big problem.
I just want to take the marine to Western Australia with a battleship instead of the cruiser so that the cruiser can block Zone 46. This is not too good for me because a sub can go under the cruiser and the cruiser is subject to surprise strike, of course.
If you don’t allow, I would have to block 46 with a carrier to prevent your ships other than the sub from attacking 35, or I would just have to leave 2 battleships and 2 transports there, or 1 battleship if you allow me to take back the needless combat move of a 2nd battleship to 35.
OK, so I’m asking if I can take the marine to Australia with a battleship instead of the cruiser, use the cruiser to block 46, and to attack the transport in 35 with a plane from Shan State instead of any battleships.
(That last adjustment would be the least painful - if you deny me attacking the transport with a plane, it lives but will only be able to travel 2 spaces)
Anyway, you have the right to deny any edits because I want to go against the rules, but I’ll post the map as I want it to be. I’ll change whatever I need to after the combat phase if you deny - again, sorry it will take your time and attention
