I am. What version are you using? I downloaded the latest one and tried on 2 different computers.
Attached Russia 1 - no rolling, so I just made my moves and saved.
@bombsaway right now, regular posting is down and the only way we can play is by saving the file and attaching to a post. If you have registered with the dice server, dice still work though and are shared by email.
@bombsaway that I am not sure about. In local game though the dice server isn’t used so you will need to find a way to fix it. Although if I read your email right , you have. You might have just had an issue that you were unable to open the file because you were using an older version.

@me1945 only way I found to get around the error I was getting. You could run 2 different versions.
I hope I could. The problem is the new version while installing is uninstalling the pr versions. I think I can find a solution.
