@Darkpriorace the USA AA gun can’t actually move into Moscow because of the rule that only one AA gun is allowed per territory.

Reference: Rules Clarification, page 2, first column “(3) Only one AA gun is allowed per territory.”

Would you like to move it somewhere else? Or leave it where it was?
