@Private-Panic is up as Italy. Venice was a scary battle. I started with twice the units, but In the first 4 rounds, I rolled 1-22; while Italy rolled 5-15. Each of us had 3 units left, when the dice luck reversed, and I killed the remaining Italians without a loss.

@private-panic Lucky you, unlucky me. Spending just 5 PU for one tech dice and getting Propaganda for 3 infantry from turn 1 to forever. That’s a great investment and game changer. 30 infantry in ten turns, 60 infantry in 20 turns.

@witt The naval battle off Greece will make for very interesting moves and bloody naval battles next round. Good shooting A & T, 4 for 5 in the first round. Even Horatio Nelson would have had a hard time with that. I don’t attack in naval battles at weak odds, as anything less than overwhelming odds can have a nasty result.
