Thank you for sending the map to my printer. I have been testing scenarios out with my A&A using my 1942 second edition. I just have been using sticky note paper to mark my Italian territories. I used the game pieces from my anniversary addition for the Italian pieces. I also added have tracks: cost is IPC 5. Attack 2, defend 2 as tanks cost 6 IPC in this version. Its nice to spend 5 IPC on an actual unit other than an AA gun. No artillery bonus on half track in this version
I also added the recruitment center from zombies.

@lt-dan is their any chance that a version that has the starting areas of each faction have its own color ( e.g Germany: ghosted grey)?
I prefer that much more than swastikas and empire sun. The colors in all respects would presumably be light opacity so as to not interfere with the details underneath. -
@lt-dan this map looks great! Do you have any plans in the future to change the Italian roundel to the fascist symbol, or add additional territories like individual city territories like you see in hbg 36?

We purchased Siredblood’s G40 map a few yeras ago.
Is it the same map that you have enhanced ?
It’s a good idea that you have kept the original National Roundels since this makes it easier to keep overview during play.

@fastheinz Thanks… I have the fascist symbol for the BBR map but for G40 I have left it with the red green white roundel as it is with out of the box. As far as adding additional territories, no since that would deviate from the G40 gameplay

@the-captain Yes… I used his map as inspiration and then applied all of my WWII details and artwork on top. Yes, a lot of work but I enjoy it :)

@lt-dan well if you have any interest in adding the fascist Italy symbol and city territories later to create a new additional map let me know! I will likely grab your G40 board but would be interested in a hbg 36 style board but for g40 if you decide to make one.
