No but you’re close. You can’t move troops and then load them on a transport. You have to wait until next turn to load them onto the transport. You can move a transport, load troops, and then complete your move with the transport and drop off the troops. You can load one troop, move the transport, load another troop, then complete your transport movement, then unload both troops but they have to unload in the same territory. You just can’t move troops to get to a transport or move troops after you unload them.
Big question I’ve had for a very long time
-
Example:
Germany controls Belgium, and Lorraine is contested.
If France attacks Belgium from Picardy, can it move units in Lorraine to Belgium at the same turn?
The rulebook only says that units in contested territories can move to another contested territory with at least one unit from the same power.
Thank you!

@superbattleshipyamato It cannot. From the FAQ Errata:
Page 15, Phase 2: Movement, Land Units: The first sentence of the third paragraph should read “Land units that begin the turn in contested territories can only be moved to territories that at the beginning of the turn were either controlled by your power or contained units belonging to your power.”

Thank you a lot!
