I’m going to concede this game here. I don’t think the conclusion has been in much doubt for a while but I hoped to pull something out of the bag. It seems the neutral crush didn’t have enough preparation and was rather disastrous. Losing Moscow relatively early was bad but getting the Soviet troops in the way of the Germans made up for some of that.
