Couple of sub questions

Does the presence of a sub make a Sea zone hostile?
I am asking on context of non-combat movement.

I think you can’t non-combat into a sea zone with a sub (and drop units).

Also:
Does a sub STOP a DD from moving through the SZ?  I don’t believe so.
