@mhal21 Sounds like a cool concept. You could probably go all out with the plane types (biplanes, jet planes, dive bombers, etc.). If you want to make that game, then go for it!

my friends and i have been looking for a more challaning axis and allies expierence. when i was searching thourgh this forum a few months ago, i saw a great a&a 1939 version, with a very detailed world map.
yesterday i was looking, but i couln’t find it. could some one please send me a link to this thread or suggest any other axis and allies map.

Made a ABattlemap module of the 1939 map
Try it out http://www.axisandallies.us/AHE.gim.zip download and unzip into your Abattlemap folder with your other .gim folders and reopen Abattlemap.
Granted I’ve never played this game/map etc… so any suggestions to make the module better?
