@panther thx panther. I only use a few forums so I don’t know where all of them are.

For those of you who are interested or rely on the Forum History Read out of your Turn in League games, you can do the following:
On your Turns end, were you normaly click post Turn Summary, there is also
View Turn Summary.
Click on that. Highlight it and Copy it (Ctrl-C).
Then Go to your Game thread and Paste it (Ctrl-V).
Below drag and drop your according save file of your Turn, voila!!
Looks almost like the original.THANK YOU! I just tried this and it worked GREAT!
-
You can use ctrl-a to highlight it all.
And pick up the save file from the auto save
-
here is some statistic on how people bid in BM3 games
-
Good work compiling this, it interesting to see the current popularity of bid placements. The Fighter in Scotland, SS/DD in SZ98 and SS in SZ91 seem clear favourites as placements, presumably for defending against Germay attacks G1 and attacking Italian ships on UK1. Sudan, Alexandria and Egypt are the most popular territories for land units, I guess they’re for attacking Italy /defending Egypt.
Looks like most Allied players are using their bids to help get naval supremecy in the Atlantic and Med early.

@panther Per a tip from Trulpen, it seems that hotmail/outlook gives them 100% of the time. I set it to never mark Marti mails as spam and a rule to move them to inbox.

What is the status on the posting issue of save files?
-
-
All right, so we are stuck with this for at least one more month?
I assume the missing dice emails will continue too then?
-
Likely. The problem is that this is the wrong forum to address your related concerns.
Anyone who feels disturbed by the issues you mention should create an account at the above mentioned triplea-game forum and add his request there.
https://forums.triplea-game.org/topic/3124/nodebb-1-17-and-later-breaks-pbf-compatibility
Concerning the mail issue it is not even proven that this is related to TripleA. Anyway this is the topic:
https://forums.triplea-game.org/topic/3061/marti-issues
If only a handful of players address this, how should anyone take this seriously enough to take any action?
You better reach the developers over there, not here at Axis&Allies .org forums.

Great! I guess we have to post invthe threads then. Thanks!

It’s probably been asked before, but I can’t find it. I still run on 3.40, I can’t update to 4, anyone?

Have you tried removing the map and then re-installing it?

@flyingbadger Has anybody else encountered the following error:
“comparison-method-violates-its-general-contract”
when trying to use the editor to remove troops on a transport?

I’ve not experienced it. What version of Triplea are you using? Could you post the save and the steps you took to see if other people get the same error?
-
-
You cant remove troops from a transport in edit mode during cm/ncm turns, the only way to move those troops entirely is during any other action, like purchase or placement etc.
If you want to move them instead of remove them, you can better use perform move or other actions in the edit mode. Then just click edit mode/perform move or other actions/click on the units you want to move like you would do in either cm/ncm.
-
@flyingbadger Thanks. To reproduce load the attached file and attempt to delete those troops sitting on the 4 British transports in SZ98.
I am running Engine Version: 2.5.22294, Java version 11.0.6 BM3 Map 3.4.0

I have the same engine and java version. I recreated your actions and got the same error. Tried removing them and the transports they are on and still got that error. Also, tried deleting them in a different phase and this also produced the same error.
I did do as @cds suggested above and I was able to use perform move in edit mode and get them off the transports onto land. Maybe this will be enough for you in this game?
-
@flyingbadger Thanks, that looks like it will work. I’ll have to wait until my next turn to do that since it requires being in Combat Move mode and it’s now Germany’s turn but I was able to do a test on Germany’s turn and was able to move them off to Alexandria from where I expect I would be able to use edit to remove them.
