You have to declare WAR on Russia in order to move into Eastern Poland.
If you want to stay in E.Pola, then 5IPC’s will be removed from your treassury.

In that case, all of your German Units need to be elswhere except Russia and pre occupied russian territory by Italy.If you should decide to keep the DOW, i may as well fix it for you right now and adjust the map and do my Go.

Now this is an unlucky situation. I just suffered from that same move myself in an OOB game and was not aware that this move is not allowed for under BM rules.
I will still not declare war with Germany and will amend the non-combat moves. Of course I wouldn’t have done the attack with Italy in the first place, but I guess I need to be punished for not knowing the rules well.
