@artofwar1947 Hm, no, I dont have them either. The last one I have is from 25th Feb. I think your result was better on one island where you killed one unit more, but worse for one unit in China.

Not sure how the Japanese could have done worse in China than 3 infantry going 0 hits for 4 rolls.
The game is automatically saved after ncm, combat, and end of turn. If your computer crashes, say during the UK turn, you can restart the game using the save-game file.

Well I don’t know what to say. I left the computer and went to explain some Physics to my daughter for tomorrow’s test. When I came back it was just standing there. I could not do anything, so I loaded the last game I had. It loaded from the start of the turn, so I am not sure where this automatic save would be?
Anyway, there were no big battles and you can see what happened. As said, I remember it was better there, but worse one of the island (Malta or Solomon, not sure which).
If you have a suggestion what to do, tell me.

Without the Martis, we cannot re-contruct the combats.
When I open a game, my computer automatically brings up the savedGames file, from which I can choose the autoSave file. The autoSave file will have the file for the last complete Turn summary, CM, or combat, depending when TripleA quit. So, if your computer shut down after the UK combat, the file for UK combat should be available. If your computer shut down during the UK combat, autoSave should have UK combat move file, which will also preserve the completed US and China turns.

@artofwar1947 I didn’t know that. But I can not see autosave games. The game wants to open the Saved games from the “downloads” folder, where I download the games from forum and save them there.
Are autosaves kept in some TripleA folder somewhere? Where do you see them?

Within your triplea folder, there will be a savedGames folder, and within that folder, there is a savedGames fold. Unfortunately, the CM, NCM, BeforeEndTurn are overwritten by the latest autosave.

It can be very helpful. For example, after completing China’s turn, I completely screwed up the purchase and ncm by the UK. Was able to correct UK purchase and ncm by using the BeforeEndTurnChina autosave.
